In Act Two we see more of Lady MacBeth. After MacBeth kills King Duncan, Lady MacBeth does not seem to really care that they killed the king. It seems that she was the mastermind behind the plan to kill Duncan. She sees her husband as being weak. She takes charge of the situation when MacBeth won't go back in the room at the end. From what I have seen of Lady MacBeth in Act Two I can conclude that she is a woman who gets what she wants and does not let anything or anyone stop her. She is power hungry and does not think to highly of her husband's abilities. She seems very persuasive as well.
